For some reason my MegaMek HQ wiped out my saved options for Megamek... Where is the list of them so I can reset them to what the campaign says they are supposed to be...

I would also advice saving a "preset" so that you don't have to input them again each time. Hopefully that won't happen to you again, it has only happened once to me with a much older version. Of course I had something like 8,000+ different units saved in the campaign file, which might have had something to do with it, but that is another story...
