I'm trying to understand some of the rules for MS&R as it applies to loading dropships. Where in the various books are the rules covering the loading of dropships? How is this done, and I am aware it might differ between different types (both aerodyne/sphere and say Union vs Leopard vs anything else). I am aware dropships also have a differing number of bays and doors, how does this factor in, how many can load at a time, how long does it take to load, etc?
Obviously I am also interested in unloading too!

I believe in MegaMek you may load one unit, per loading bay door (undamaged) per turn. Same goes for offloading. I have experimented with this a little and found that the Overlord, which should carry 36 Mechs was having issues and only carrying 32. Perhaps I am doing something wrong and need more time to try a few things.
I do know that the units present have to be within an adjacent hex to load.
