QUESTION SUBMITTED BY EMAIL: On the strategic map, at grid (SH,501) and nearby I can see "that" and what is it?
Oh that little thing? Everyone can see it. Don't worry about the Admin Fortress/Prison, it is there as a place to deploy the "Peacekeepers" from, it is where punishment will be launched from for any cheaters I find, and if anyone wants a sort of endgame content and is feeling suicidal can try and breach the fortress walls and claim the territory as the whole area there is custom made maps.
(Note: The Admin never goes on the offensive except for dealing with cheaters, and to re-secure its own minimal territory.) That said it also serves a purpose as easy recognition of the center of the map. During Alpha play the Admin account had "Adminia" near grid (A,1) at the top left of the map, that is still there as I am hiding notes and formulas in it from time to time, however the player base loved to attack it all the time, so now I have a fortress instead to make it even harder for them. The Admin also controls a width of 3 territories around the strategic maps edge (currently 1000 x 1000 cells) to control potential map expansion in the future, and since we can't make this into a globe with folks walking off the world edges.
