Updated Systems file to add Groombridge to your MekHQ map

Updated Systems.xml file that now includes Groombridge 34 in it's proper place on the interstellar map and all it's planets (double click the star)
To add to your game, navigate to your MekHQ folder Data>Universe and replace the existing systems.xml file with this one
