Anyone know if setting ECM to ghost targets has any actual effect? I'm seeing my ecm mechs conduct PSR, but I'm not seeing enemy pilots roll their counters and I haven't noticed any effects. Does MM roll the enemy PSR behind the curtain or does the system just not work properly?
