So I need 7 file sets to come in yet, but one is going to be submitted within the hour as they just needed help with a fight. The "deadline" is in about 2.5 hours, and I have thus far completed 8 sets for processing. I do work this afternoon but have all Sunday free to get cracking.
You will notice that your spreadsheets will have a new tab this turn labeled "Bio Map" that will be updated as you scout around, but will not show any borders or unit information, it is simply a basic land map so you can get a little more of an idea of the temperature/terrain that would be in each map tile.

Yeah, my bad as well everyone. Trials of Grievance against me will be scheduled in the order they come in. I must have deleted over half my movement orders without realizing and had to resubmit.

All bidding aside, I came home yesterday, finished up all but one of the file sets and as I was going back to add in contact information re Player on Player battles that person was interacting with noticed that once again some of the files are corrupted and wouldn't open. I keep backups and already reprocessed two of them, but haven't checked all 40 some files yet to see if there were any more.
There are 5 of you out there that for some reason or another the "comments" I add to the spreadsheet very frequently just disappear for reasons I have yet to explain. Normally at least once per week I have to go back and re-add those comments for every unit to at least one or two of those people, but this corruption seems to have struck them specifically. Most of you know who you are as I have asked around to see if they noticed the same thing.

is it excel or google doc that is experiencing the issue ?

It is LibreOffice and potentially the .ods format. From what people are telling me it has to do with the amount of "comments" and "inserted pictures" all the forests, mountain, etc. Not just because of one file, but I usually have to have two or three files open, the admin spreadsheet file, the admin map spreadsheet file, the player spreadsheet file I am working on and sometimes a second player spreadsheet file to add into battle or diplomatic information. Apparently it can get confused if I keep skipping back and forth selecting cells in different files and then doesn't save properly when autosaves occur, which corrupts any following paranoid manual saves that I do.
Either way I am working to sort it out, I do apologize for the compounded waiting, but will do the best I can to make sure this doesn't happen much in the future.

Hi my names Count Victor, and I fell off the wagon and ate my comments last round.
No idea if this helps but Ive been using open office for this.
Youve probably been there already but can you turn off the autosave?
