Folks, have any of you noticed the princess controlled infantry doesn't shoot back? I don't think I've always had such a high mod that they can't hit me. I suppose I didn't check if they were always sprinting however.

They've certainly shoot at me, some even got some lucky crits. But Princess does tend to sprint if the enemies are outside their range.

This, she’ll choose to sprint over an extreme range shot even if the odds are good generally.

I'm not entirely sure but from my own battles with infantry they cannot make use of the extreme range rule or LOS range. Only short, medium and long range for infantry weapons I think.

Also note that in a lot of cases you have some sort of weather or daylight mods being stacked on as well, so it makes it even harder to hit back or see.
